CB2 is a CRISPR Pooled Screen Analysis method using the Beta-Binomial Test. It provides functions for hit gene identification and quantification of sgRNA (single-guided RNA) abundances for CRISPR (Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats) pooled screen data analysis.
